oops...Minor glitch and new skins

Well .... Im a n00b....

I was toying with the permissions system on my site.This ended up in unregistred users where blocked out .... NOT VERY COOL ...
This should be fixed now.Im sorry if you wasted some clicks

In the downtime I recived 3 new skins from joachip ....
Really nice ones...Especially the one with the illustrations from danish art head Espen Toft
