Yes,it doesn't animate at all when viewing from the inbox.
It only animates and loops when using aniviewer :(
And it is made with bmconv.

Go to Settings->Phone->General settings->Welcome message
Change it to picture.

but then wil i be able to change it back to the original nokia hands if i dont wanna use these pictures anymore?
