I'm migrating my mailbox's onto a Zimbra server in house , I can manage this on my O2 XDA Orbit using Pocket Outlook i.e. I get push email etc.
When I had my N80 there was an application available from Nokia that could do this? Pocket Exchange?
Is the N95 compatible with Outlook or will I have to just use IMAP to manage the account?
What do you mean by "compatible with Outlook"? Outlook can be used to handle both IMAP, POP and Exchange accounts...
If you're referring to MS Exchange you'll need a 3'rd party client on N95 (like 'RoadSync' from Dataviz). The client that some used on N80 was "MailForExchange" which you can't install on N95 (never versions of it are for E-series phone only..).
Apart from that N95 can handle POP and IMAP accounts with the builtin e-mail client.

If you install Mail for Exchange 1.3.0 and configure all the settings, then when its configured and you're happy you can upgrade to v 1.5.0 and you'll be able to use all the features (inc opening messages - crucial) but not change any settings.
I just carry the install files round on my memory card for 1.3.0 and 1.5.0 and then downgrade/upgrade as needed.

Yes, I know. It of course requires that you can get hold of version 1.3. It's no longer available on Nokia.com....
Personally I paid the 50$ for RoadSync and I'm very happy with it (latest version works well and has support for subfolders as well).

I've had mine setup for a month with 1.5.0 installed and only had to "downgrade" to 1.3.0 to change the default access point I wanted to use. I agree that the lack of folder support on MfE sucks but for just keeping tabs on your mailbox while away from the desk its fine.
For me, I think of it as a little bit to much hazzle to go through the "downgrade-upgrade" process every month (which would be the case for me since I'm required to change pw every 30 days on Corp.account...).
By the way...:
- Does M4E have support for responding to meeting invitations (Accept/Decline/Tentative)?
- Can you search companys global addressbook?
