incoming mail sever not found. ???!!!!

Dear all
i hope this note finds you ,in great health and wealth .
i have the nokia n95 , its a great mobile .
i tried to setup my mobile so i can receive on it my mail from my office account ..
i exactly put the same data that i have it on my MS Outlook
the same email adress , the same incoming mail server the same POP3
but everytime i tried it . i receive" incoming mail server not found "message
any help please ?

Hi Carlo,

You need to chose the smtp.server of your mobile Network for it to work, much easier than this is to go to

Enter all the relevant details and the settings will be sent direct to your phone, job done.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's the INCOMING mail-server (POP) that Carlo has a problem with, not outgoing (SMTP)!?

Running the "Nokia configurator" to get settings for his networks ISP mailbox won't give him the setup for his office account e-mail will it...

Carlo: Have you checked if there are any specific ports to be used in order to be able to access your office's mailserver (whether you're required to use SSL, port to use, APOP required etc..)?
You can check theese in your account settings on your laptop.

the thing is i tried this but i still have the same problem , the issue is i dont need MSN or Yahoo i need my email from my company .
My colleague has Nokia E series and he input the same data and its working . i dont know there must be some kind of trick
