converting from chinese to english

hi, i wanted to know if there is a way to convert the chinese 3650 to english, if you could tell me i would really appreciate it

My guess is that you should have the english language pack installed and know some chinese so you can change the device's writing language.
Or you can take it to a local NSC,the should sort it out for you.
I'm not sure about this because i dont know what is 3650's status trough out the world because if i'm not mistaken its released only in china.
If you live in a country other than an Asia Pacific country you might have hard time with this.
