Question Downloaded files 'showing with Notes'? Why?

Can anyone help me with my Nokia 6600?
I got a problem with some files, recently I could download them (via GPRS) and phone recognized them as installer packages, but now, I can not install anything (except packages from Nokia.com), it somewhy is showing me the files as unicode text with Notes instead of starting to install.

Does anyone have any idea wtf is wrong with my phone?
Or wtf do I have do to with the files?
Has it anything to do with those file names?

Please help!
Thnx!

The web server you're trying to download them from has been misconfigured (not sending the correct MIME type header for the installation files).
