How do you get 'quick menu' option on w950 Navicore 2007?

Does anyone use navicore on the w950 and are able to tell me how to bring up the quick menu so i can change the setting from car to pedistrian. It seems to be the only way to do it
The instructions say press the key with an arrow facing up, which is a nokia button. Doesn't matter what i press i can't bring the menu up.
also the traffic/safety cams won't update, i get either a timed out message or a message to it can't find the server. Anyone else with Navicore getting this?
All very good apart from that though. Hoping i made the right decision over tomtom!
to answer my own question, you can't.So you can't access most of the functions! Navicore is not fully functioning for the w950. Do not buy if you have this phone
