Converting Flash Videos to 3GP

Hi, does anyone know of a program which will convert Flash files to 3GP... I know the N95 has a flash player on it anyways, however I'm just thinking of sending videos to people without flash player... Thanks in advance!

Are they just general Flash Video's or are they off YouTube? There's plenty of websites that will convert YouTube video to other formats, http://vixy.net being a good one.

I've got a program called FFmpegX for my mac that converts FLV to other formats, but I don't know if you're using Windows or OS X.

Oh and the version of Flash that the N95 has (Flash Lite) doesn't support FLV i'm afraid, although Adobe have said that the next release will!

It's free, its fast and it has preset config for Nokia 3GP so you just drag and drop any video format (including flash) and click go! Works like a dream and I use it for loads of stuff (including flash vids ripped from YouTube)
