N73 offline and stays offline

It is no more possible for me to connect to provider, the phone stays offline, also when i ask to use the normal profile and switches completely off;
shop says i will get a replacement phone,, any ideas ?

Which firmware it have inside? On version 2.xx it happens. Format the phone, and after that, do a firmware upgrade to 3.07.xx and it is resolved.

thanks for advice, going to get Nokia to get me replacement phone and mine in for repair for 10 days or so,
dont know which version of soft i have, am new here and dont know how to see this

got my n73 back in 2 days only, is ok but i dont know what they dit with it, anyway i am pleased
