incredibly easy to fit - it literally just snaps off - no tools required
there are 6 'tacky' foam pads on the inside - but you can use teh plasic sheet that covers them on the new on to recover them on the old one for storage.

i got mine from www.blueunplugged.com
www.mobilefun.co.uk also sell genuine nokia spare.

note these are spare parts - not retail snap on covers
officially they arent replaceable.
but they are SO easy - esp after the N70 wrestle fest!

it helps that the plastic is quite springy.
rather than hard and brittle
