is there a sky remote record app for symbian ver 3 yet?
if so can someone post a link as i cant see where you can just download the software from sky.

Well, after a long while having to use a Sony (pah) Java application to utilise Sky's Remote Record features, they have at last seen fit to release a native Symbian 3rd Edition version.

Type the following URL into your phone's web browser and download the app, which will automatically install.

http://mobile.sky.com/skyapp/skyapp.asp

The page will auto detect your phone and install the correct version.

My personal opinion of this application is that it is a vast improvement over the Java version and better than the old S60 2nd Edition that I used to use on my 6680.

It took a while to get there, but here it is

i know this is EPIC thread resurrection (and that there are other remote record threads on the forum) but this was the 1st thread that popped up from google with the search terms 'sky remote record S60'

so, there you go. The remote record app is now pretty good looking so for those people looking for it, lovesigns link above is the way to go
