hi all,

can anyone send me please these file? I've deleted it accidentally from my phone so I can't connect to PC....

THX

i've tried, but the computer doesn't recognize the phone, so this choice is disabled in pc suite...
i have the latest version :frown:

One way is a full reformat of the phone (but all data backed up will be lost if you do that).

The the problem is with your PC, I suppose. Have you tried both Bluetooth and USB to connect? Reinstalled the Nokia Connectivity Cable (USB) drivers?

pc is ok, if i connect another phone it works fine...
i've reinstalled everything, tried different versions...however, via usb bt it works fine...
in my opinion the missing files are the main problem....can u try to send me this file[s] PLEASE ?

A full reformat should reset any and all files from ROM so that the phone is in the same condition it was in when it left the factory where it was made. Maybe your reformatting didn't work?

You can also try updating the phone firmware:

P.S. I've never seen or heard of any actual "pc suite support.SIS file" or files.

i think reformat worked because all files and data were deleted

in application manager u can find item called pc suite support, so i think the file name is the same or min one of files which are missing....

I have sort of same problem, only nothing changed with my phone expect latest version of PC Suite on my computer. When I tryed to connect my N80, I've this message "Reinstall PC Suite support on your phone". Went to Help etc but it said that phone software doesn't need this.:con?
Bluetooth keep on working perfectly with my phone but PC Suite doesn't. Cannot do anything. Even going back or system restore wont fix.... :frown:
Any ideas what it could be?
