M600i Red Light Won't Turn Off

I have a M600i, and the red light by the power will not turn off. It is not the infrared light, that is turned off, and its not because of a low battery, because the battery's fully charged and I also use the battery with my W850i. I tried to reflash and update the firmware and still no use. Even when the phone is off, that red light is on. Anyone got any suggestions??
