Error message about memory full

I keep getting a message that I cannot recieve any new texts because my memory is full, and to clean out my memory.

When I check the memory on my phone it says:
9712 kb Memory in use
78MB free memory
407 b calender
41 kb address book
40 kb messages
0 kb images

Also it randomly pops up with my im screen, though no services are signed on. This is the second E62 I have had, and the old one this this occasionally as well. Is this a bug, or what? I am about to throw it agaist the wall, as I have messages that I cannot recieve just waiting there for me! It is so frusterating.

check you messahing folders, in oarticular the sent items and reports, i normally clear out the reports on my e61 and this fixes it.
