Is it possible to type on the keyboard without looking at the keys? Or are the keys too small and close together to use all fingers together ?

Also, if possible can you check if the E90 supports TV Out through the 2.5mm port... Guess you'll need a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter to check this?

And a big one:

Questions
I am new to communicator, my question is, does it have Cisco VPN client and a terminal konsole to log in to VPN for standby? I would like to use for standby on Unix systems when I am away from home.

More answers, where appropriate:
>>Comment: Please compare keyboard to 9500/9300 and revo/5mx
Similar to the 9300's, not a patch on Psion 5mx - as you all well know.
>>- photo and video capabilites to n93/n95
Almost as good. But not quite.
>>- usability of the PIM and office part to S80 and EPOC
Oh, come on, we're not going to go THERE again are we? Rafe's preview of the E90 is only hours away and that'll have lots on the PIM suite, with screenshots, btw.
>>Comment: Does it support MP3 ringtones and alarms? Does it support personalised ringtones?
Same as normal S60 3rd Edition, I think.
>>Comment: Is it possible to type on the keyboard without looking at the keys? Or are the keys too small and close together to use all fingers together ?
The latter.
>>Comment: Also, if possible can you check if the E90 supports TV Out through the 2.5mm port... Guess you'll need a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter to check
No TV out
>>DivX, Does it run Fring (a freware skype gogle talk and MSN client) like mí E61?
Sorry, life's too short and we've got to give the E90 back fairly soon.
>>Which freeware apps works on E90 from this site sanyci.hu?
Eh? There are only 36 hours in the day, you know!!!
>>How does the keyboard "feel".. comfortable, responsive ?
Quite hard and a bit unresponsive. Bit like the E61, if I'm honest. Same feel. But, again, this is only a proto...

Probably in a final version, but it's too early to say. Ask Nokia!!

Hi Steve, can you tell us whether the built-in calendar application supports both "Month by day" and "Month by date" repeating meetings?

Sorry to be dense, but I'm a UIQ user and have never used an S60 phone...

Hi
I'm thinking of redecorating my flat to match the E90, and I wondered whether magnolia would coordinate nicely, or whether duck-egg blue would be better?

The System Rush demo won't install on the E90, alas. But we have video (watch for a Rafe podcast very soon) that shows a graphics-accelerated game running on the E90 very fast....
>>Maybe this sounds stupid but: the e61 has CTRL+X,C and V but NOT CTRL+A! I hope they fixed this stupid error in the e90? or?....
Yes, Ctrl-A works in all apps.
>>Comment: Hi Steve, can you tell us whether the built-in calendar application supports both "Month by day" and "Month by date" repeating meetings?
No, it's currently the same as standard S60, although the apps are obviously still being tweaked - who knows, for the final version?
I'm liking the E90 more and more and I seem to have mastered the hinge, which does what it's told to - most of the time!
The big E90 preview is now almost done and will be out later this morning, 30+ screenshots and plenty of photos. Don't miss it 8-)
