Main menu not working after application install N70

I have just tried to install a vnc client on my phone. During the install the installer said that the program might not work correctly. So I jabbed install anyway!

Now I can not reach the main menu. This is bad as I can not reach the option to uninstall the offending application.

Any thoughts would be really helpful, thanks...

Perhaps you could try using the Nokia PC Suite application manager to remove it provided it can still connect to the PC?

I am also presuming that you have tried rebooting the phone, removing the battery for a while, etc?

The nokia manager is not able to browse the apps. I installed the app via bluetooth and not the software. Thus I can not browse the installed apps nor delete.

I have indeed power cycled the phone. But that did not help.

The error that I get is "System error (- 25)"

Is there a list of all the error codes and what they mean?

buddy, try to get your mmc, then open your phone, use file explorer to delete the files that you have installed.

I installed the program onto the phone memory so I can not take the card out and get to the file explorer as the menu does not function

I think the only option left for you is formatting. *#7370# on the stanby screen if you are able to reach it, or (3)+(*)+(green)+(power on) if you cannot boot.
