problems installing tom tom 5 on P990i

major headaches here, so many people got different ways of explaining how to load tom tom maps and software.....start from beginning... maps are on memory stick duo, start.exe doesnt run automatically and says no viewer can be found to open this file, ive tried loading FExplorer phone says cannot install as this file is no longer supported and apparently an .sis file needs to be loaded... maps went on pda fine and works all documents go onto memory card(pda and phone) with pda 1 document named tom tom goes into pda documents as ive done on with phone memory.. anyone got a week to explain where im going wrong many thanks

Hi, Phone has the below listed software,

BLUETOOTH CXC162058 R5A01
ORGANIZER CXC162036 R6D23
CDA CDA162007/1 R6D23

I also have tomtom 6.02 v software. But afta trying to follow all the different peoples advise. I have realised that I NEED HELP!

Is there an1 in the forum who can refer me to some 1 in London (middx), whom i can take my phone to and have this software installed . thanks

I have TomTom version 6.020 working on my P990i.

You do know that you have to transfer the files to the memory card by using a memory card reader and not while the card is in the phone?

I will have to wait until i am home before i can give you the directory structure.
