I have firmware v11. whenever i go to look at my pictures or videos in my gallery some of the pictures turn into a blue sail boat which is chopped in half or broken. therefore i cannot look at that certain pic or video. I called nokia and all they could tell me was maybe my cache was getting full and to remove the battery for a few moments and put it back in. That didnt do anything. I am not running any programs when this problem occurs. any help would be much appreciated. thanks so much and god bless!
