mp4 and Opera 8.0

Hello guys & girls,

I also made the mistake of doing a master reset where I lost themes and such but more importantly the Opera Mobile as the main web app. Can I get that back using the PC suite or update service or does it need to be fixed by Sony Ericsson? Finally is there a new firmware out there?
