Cleaning the screen

Hey, just wondering what you guys use to clean the screen. Normally i'd just use a cloth with a tiny bit of water and then dry it off but cos this is touch screen i wanna be extra careful.

I got a 3M screen protector from Amazon. Wasnt as good as I hoped, but it does give me protection and I can clean it anyway I want (ie rub it on my top!).
