adding language or adding new writng language

I want to add new language or at least to add new writing language on my 70, because I want to be able to write SMS in my native cyrilic charset.. can someone help me?.. Greet's

Well, I don't have money and if I had it, I don't wanna to pay for something that I could do with a proper information, because I'm trying to expand my knowledge of all sorts of tehnologies..

how would it help me in my quest, when I take my phone to nokia service?.. if they would gave me firmware and software for support upgrading, I could save money for a few months to do it..
