W950i on Orange (UK) - alarm problem

Hi. I'm having a really irritating problem with my Orange Sony Ericsson W950i.

I've had it a few weeks now, but last week decided to use the alarm clock for the first time.

In the "time" menu, the phone allows you to set three alarms. I set one for 9.45am. I was awoken the next day by the alarm at 9.45am. All good.

I then deselected the alarm, as I didn't want to be woken at 9.45 am the following day. However, despite this, the alarm has been sounding at 9.45am every day ever since.....

This week, I set the alarm for 7.20am (for my girlfriend) and another alarm for 7.45am. Again, this was fine, and we were awoken at these times. However, the alarm is still sounding at 9.45 every day!

This weekend, I didn't want the alarm to wake me, so I deselected the 7.20 and 7.45 alarms. But they're still sounding, as is the 9.45 one!!!

What am I doing wrong?! I've checked all the alarm, calendar and task settings, and I just can't seem to stop the alarm from sounding!

not sure if this would help, but even though it's not selected, i would still change the alarm settings to once instead of daily (if it's on that)

Yes, i would think that the alarm has been kept to its default of "Weekdays" just change that and you should be all good.

Does it show a little bell by the time? that means there is an alarm set.

I'm having the same problem. I've unchecked everything and changed the frequency etc. and still the alarm sounds...

It's driving me nuts.
