pre installed themes

Hi there......im a new member here.....ive recently had a w950i which has crashed a few times and subsequently after the crash i wasnt able to use any of my music as contact ringtones....i could set a ringtone using any of my music but once that was set no contact ringtones could be assigned.So i decided to do a master reset........having saved all of the info which i installed....music,pictures etc..........After the reset the problem with the contact ringtones was fixed......yeahhhhhh.....BUT........although i thought i had saved all of the info i needed,i have lost 2 of the three pre installed themes.......the purple theme is the one i was using.I was wondering if anyone knew how i could get this back again.......downloading from anywhere etc.........I phoned sony ericsson and they told me there is no way of getting it back.....but surely it was put on there in the first place so it must be able to be put back?????.......can it be sent to my phone from another w950i?????...

Any info would be much appreciated....

Cheers for your help hootie........since the last post my phone has been back to vodafone to be repaired.........appararently had a software upgrade to fix the problems......however since getting it back i still cant set any contact ringtones.....
