Upgrade Nokia 7610 Firmware

Does somebody know how to upgrade firmware on nokia 7610?
My firmware is:
V 5.0509.0
28-02-05
RH-51

i'm using nokia 7710 and my touch screen doesnt function since 2 day, so help me to format all.
