I'm using SlovoED which can be downloaded from www.epocware.com.
It's not all that cheap but it is very comprehensive.
Slight fly in the ointment is that the S60 3rd Edition version doesn't have the wildcard search or predictive text entry features which were available on the version I used on my N70. They have said they're going to fix this in a later release but so far haven't bothered. Imagine my surprise.
