Initiating bluetooth connection from phone

I have searched the forum but cannot find an answer to this question:

How do I initiate a continuous bluetooth connection from my phone rather than my pc?

Currently I have to connect by going to "my bluetooth places" on my pc. I can initiate a connection from my phone by sending a file o my pc but as soon as the file is sent the bluetooth disconnects and I want it to stay on.

Any help?

Well, think of the scenario where you are lying in bed and want to check a few web site but can't be bothered getting out of bed and going to your PC. Hey presto! You have your phone on your bedside table and you can use webviewer and an internet connection by proxy from your bluetooth PC (which has a DSL always on internet connection). Now if only you didn't have to get up and go to your PC to establish the bluetooth connection. :-?

Lazy, I know ops: but there's your reason for the above request.

Fair Enough
But you could just get the mRouter to load on boot, and leave it running(and connected). That way, u could always have internet on ur phone when at home.
Even if mRouter disconnects for some reason, sending a small (anyfile) to Phone from PC will activate the mRouter, and u are in business. Actually, this wont take long, Just a sec or two. And most of all, You wont have to get out of ur bed.
