Connecting to internet via bluetooth via pc's internet connection

I have just got my W950i and what I am trying to do is connect my phone via bluetooth to my pc and I want it to use my landlines internet connection, basically so it wont cost an arm and a leg. Is this actually possible?

Please dont ask me to search the forum as I already have and I was unable to find the solution within the results, if you could point me directly to thread then that would great.
