From P900 to P990i - How to syncrhonize?

Hi,

Before I give up in desperation, can anyone help me to sincronize properly (especially my P900 calendar entries and notes) to my new P990?

An explanation for dummies will be much appreciated......

The easiest way is to synch it via Outlook on PC. But this requires the commercial Outlook, Outlook Express won't do. Or use Lotus Notes.
