had a word with people at sony
they say that the w850i will onli read 2gb. an they say that only 2gb is the max support.
wats the deal....can a 4 gb card work properly without hanging an any other problems....

For all them people who say a 4gb card doesnt' work in the w850i, they are talking absolute rubbish. I have bought a sony 4gb memory stick pro duo 4 the w850i and it works perfectly fine with no problems at all. But you must watch out for the massive amount of fake cards going around, if you get afake card then it obviosly wont work properly.

Hope this was useful and remember if you get a 4gb card thats real it will work fine in the w850i
