missing songs on N70 Memory Card

Hi, I have 2 pieces of 1 GB RS MMC. 1 was full of song and there are only a couple of KB left on the memory so I bought a new 1 GB RS MMC. I use the new for quite sometime, and the old one was in the platic case. Then when I put the old one in my phone, all of the songs are gone! I don't know why! When I go to the Gallery, there are no Tracts or Sound Clips, but when I checked the memory details and the card is still almost full, but the songs are not there! What could have happened? Is there a way to see again those mp3 files? Thanks very much.

So you've checked the card out on a PC and on the phone (using FExplorer or similar) and you can see the files?
But they don't appear in the Gallery?

Is this correct?

Can you see them in Music Player if your rescan the file system (Update Collection) ?

I went to the Music Player and checked in the All Songs, Playlist, Artist and Albums and clicked Update Collection. Then I clicked all of the above and it says no songs. I went toTools > Memory and the Used files is almost the same number as the capacity, which means the memory card has files in it (my mp3 songs) but I don't know where they are...
