The 6630 and 6680 video calls are for 3G WCDMA (=UMTS) cellular network based video calls.
It will work with a PC, if a PC has a 3G modem and software for making 3G network video calls (it will not work with the typical H.232 style PC+webcam based video conferencing facilities). I know of no such PC setup that'd work (simply using a 3G phone as a 3G modem for the PC is not enough).
