Upgrade your S60 3rd Edition smartphone to Feature Pack 1
Well, almost. In fact, Nokia has released the official Feature Pack 1 theme (and very pretty it is too) as a download for all other S60 3rd Edition devices. Go on, make believe you've got an N95!
Read on in the full article.

Unusable on Asian language phones
This theme looks nice but is unusable when you use an Asian language phone such as my Hong Kong-bought N80 -- especially Simplified Chinese (pinyin). You cannot see what you type and the different options you have when you have typed a key combination leading to several different pinyin.
Nokia must correct this very fast and re-release.

Thanks Steve for spreading the word! Links from AAS always tend to drive the traffic up
PrinceOfThieves: please publish a screenshot, and if there is a real problem, we'll look into it.

Screenshots of my Chinese problem
Here it is, a comparison of Nokia and Turquoise themes on my Chinese N80.
When I type a key combination leading to different "pinyin" (Chinese romanization) on the keyboard, such as 7-4-2-6, I get the following pinyin choices: qian, shan, shao, pian, qiao. On the Nokia theme all possibilities appear in the horizontal scrollbar, in dark blue letters on medium blue background. On the Turquoise theme only the highlighted possibility ('qian' in this example) appears, which is highly unpractical when typing messages. (images 1 and 2)
When I select a specific pinyin in the possibilities list, such as 'shao', on Nokia theme, the chosen pinyin appears in dark blue letters on medium blue background. On the Turquoise theme the contrast is extremely limited and I cannot properly read the pinyin I have chosen. (images 3 and 4)
Hope this can be solved,
PoT
PS. Sorry about the delay, China was on holiday until today...
