About opening email attachments

Does anyone know how to open an attachment in the email received via P990? I have purposely sync an attached email to the p990 but cant seems to open the attachment files which is a pdf and another is a word document

Someone please help? I need this in my business next time.

Try to save the attachments first and then open it - I know, but remember it's not Outlook...
