Mic not working!!

Hi...
My mic does nt work... i hear the voice of the caller!! whenever i attach the head phones, i'm able to talk otherwise not.. please someone help!
I also need to get a firmware upgrade.. how can that be done!!

Go to the nearest Nokia Service Point. See on Nokia site where it is.
