How to set the time zone to GMT (00:00) on 3250???Plz help me out

I am having serious problem with my mob...Initially set it to london GMT 0h but later on it bacame london GMT +1...How come???
Can u plz help???
Am from Mauritius and need to set the correct time so zat I dn't keep getting my messages time wrong
