Earpiece Volume

Hi there,
My 7650 have a earpiece sound problem-the volume is very very low.A friend of mine got a 7650,too and he has the same problem.
Could this be a software bug or the volume is very bad(compared to other Nokias,lets say 6310 or 6210)?
