Help! - Op Logos hideously stretched!!
Hi there,
Had a quick search and couldn't find anything on this eleswher, so my apologies if there is!
Just got my 7650 today and its fantastic!! 8), the only problem i'm having, is not with keeping the op logo (orange seem to have been nice to me!!), but whatever I change it to is horribly stretched and out of proportion.
I've only been using images off this site so far and I've checked that they are the 97x25 or whatever pixels. Any ideas for a stupid newbie/

Could you post a screenshot? you can do those with SeleQ or that PsiLoc program (cant remember the name of it). It would clarify this somewhat :-?
The size should be 97 pixels wide and 25 pixels high.
and its place should be on upper right corner of screen (next to battery level meter)

well, if u use SeleQ go to the folder where you put the logo in and try to open it and view!! sometimes it was already stretched or after it was placed as a logo !! i had the same problem though! at first i couldn't get any oplogos up and when i got it, it was stretched!!
well, never found a solution! it pissed me off and i gave it up!!

Can't understand that :-? It worked fine for me. The one thing I might suggest is make sure you are taking the images from the 'images' folder and not the 'images_tn' folder as I think this folder stores the thumbnails for your pictures and this would stretch them. Might be wrong, but that crossed my mind
