Phone Themes not working

please help me, my phone suddenly crashed then when i restarted my theme "spiderman 3" suddenly disappeared and when i try to restore it by going to the menu's thems it ain't opening at all, what is the problem. can somebody please guide me to fix this?

is your phone a nokia 3230? I'm having a similar problem. When i want to open "Themes" it won't open. Instead i'll get redirected to the menu screen.

Someone suggested to me, to try a soft format #7370# but advised to back up everything first.

I haven't tried it yet, but so far that's the only solution i have.
