MMS Problems

I reset my phone last week as it was hanging for about 15 seconds whenever I sent a text. Now it no longer can send (not sure if I can receive) MMS messages.

When ever I send a message - even a blank mms the sending Fails and the phone says

Multimedia:
Message not accepted by multimedia message centre

I've rung Orange who have sent me a SIM update, which hasn't worked either. Anyone got any ideas?

Phone is Latest firmware, Orange Pay Monthly.

Backup all things and try a soft format!
