My N80 is infected by virus W32/Rontokbro.gen@MM

i have downloaded some softs from various sites. Then i copied files *.jad, *.sisx to my midi SD card. I run them on my handphone and the applications were saved on the card. After using 1 week without no problem, i use McAFee to scan my card and i discover that my card is infected by virus W32/Rontokbro.gen@MM.
I dont know whether my phone is infected or not?
Can someone recommend me how to scan my phone or do i need to format my phone to the original factory. if do, how could i format?
Thank you in advanced.
Forgive for my poor english

It might be that your phone is fine, but the files you downloaded contain the virus

No need to worry about your phone, since it is quite clearly not a phone virus, but rather a mass mailing worm that could only be executed and operate in a windows environment. It's even written in visual basic, according to McAfee virus base.

So if anything, you should be concerned about your Windows machine. But since it seems that you're protected with an updated virus scanner, there's still no need to worry.

Just delete the file on your memcard and make sure you haven't executed the worm on your PC, by simply making a full virus scan.

Read about symptoms here:

S60 3rd is relatively new and I haven't heard virus on this platform yet.

Besides, that S60 3rd introduces Platform Security that makes virus infection more difficult. IMHO, it would take some time because they can "compromise" Platform Security.

I am interested to see how viruses can spread in S60 3rd too...
