I just format the memory card with my 3250 an from then i cant install any software like nokia image editor for 3250. it just take a long time to compelete installation and when it's complete nothing happen. what can i do?

Big, maybe not. But strange... Could you made a soft format of the phone, without the card inside? Than put the card, and format the card again, inside the Nokia 3250. Is not usual, but the card could be corrupted!

Type: *#7370#. But, attention, You lost everything on phone. So made a Backup first!

did you try using Memory card reader to format it? if yes the card should be fine.

This instruction is a soft format of the Phone... not the card. If You want format only the card, then yes, You may use a card reader.
