Angry Some files won't delete!

Hi, I installed the blackberry connect software on my phone and realized after that it's not compatible with my service provider.

So I uninstalled it and noticed that there's still some traces of the blackberry connect software.

The files are:
- bb_mtm.txt
- bb_mtm_deinstall.txt
- BlackBerryStartup.txt

The bb_mtm_deinstall.txt file contains this text:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DeInstall of BB_MTM started...

Each time I want to delete them my phone displays this message: The mobile phone rejected the operation!

Oh and by the way, does anyone knows what's the preInstalledAppsCache.dat file is for?

Is it all my phone system stored on this file so when I format my phone the system doesn't erase too?

Is it possible that some of the supporting files are still being used/running? That's usually what happens when you want to uninstall something like an AutoKeypadLock because it starts itself when the phone is booted and sits in the background. Perhaps you need to stop the Process by using Best TaskMan. It would be worth downloading to see what's going on. Can't help with the second bit. Perhaps someone else will.

If the only traces are three text files, I wouldn't worry about whether they're there or not, they take up almost no space at all and they don't do anything either because they're not application files.

I know, but it's just annoying seeing 3 txt files sitting around like this in my phone lol.
