Nokia N80 does not fully sync with Outlook Contacts (notes field)

Recently bought the N80, being a convert from SE P900, and thought the N80 is a great phone. However to my great disappointment, the N80 cannot fully sync with Outlook contact (notes field). The contact notes field is truncated after certain number of characters (approx. 256 letters/spaces). It seems that the N80's contact (notes field) cannot handle too many characters. This is terrible for such an expensive phone!

Any one have the same problem?

Different problem with notes:

All day events are sync'ed as MEMOs so if you do have an all-day event with notes, those notes won't appear on your phone after a sync!

Only solution I could find is to not use all day events in Outlook!
