what port do bemused operates?

does bemused only operates on what pc suite port using??? cause i tried all of the port and only one port it can operate, on the pc suite port, i didnt do anything for now, i dont add some bluetooth serial port, do i need to add bluetooth serial port??? local or client??? cause everytime i use bemused, i need to shut down pc suite. thank you

If you're using Bemused version 1.2, it can operate on the same port as PC Suite. However, you will need to uncheck all the boxes in the port configuration dialog in PC Suite, or close PC Suite altogether.

Alternatively, you can add another Bluetooth serial port. If you're using the Widcomm software, add a port in "Local Services".

i used v1.2, my pc suite uses com8 and it works but i should uncheck it just what you said, but how can i used it without unchecking the mrouter's port??? what port should i use and add??? could you give me a hint??? does port 17 is alright (for example?)

Did you all add a serial port on the local service before connecting?

Bluetooth > Setup > Config > In the local Local Services Tab, at the bottom Add Serial Service (Give it a name eg: Bemused)

It will give you a port number, which is what u have to use on the Bemused server on PC.

No..unfortunately Not ( would'nt be of much use even if it were to..I suppose..since u are with in arms reach of the computer)
