Symbianware vs. Smartphoneware

What's the story with these two companies?!!! Are they one or what?

I sent to Smartphoneware asking if I'm eligible for a free upgrade to two apps that I bought and registered with Symbianware. They replied asking for the registration codes. When I sent the reg. codes, they replied (quite impressively fast, I might add) with new keys for the upgraded apps that are available on their site!!!

The apps are the same, however, the names are different (e.g. Powersafe vs. BestSafe)

I'm really confused! Anyone has any idea?

Symbianware split into Smartphoneware and Rock Your Mobile for legal reasons.

So yes Smartphoneware is a partial sucessor to Symbianware.
