X800 Reboots at Standby - Help!

I have an X800 which boots up and works just fine, that is, until it tries to go into standby mode. It reboots on its own. I have tried changing settings, booting up in safe mode, and even reformatting the memory, but the problem still exists. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
