removal of software

Can anyone help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeee?? I downloaded some software to my panasonic x700 phone via usb cable and it doesnt work so I now want to remove it but the phone doesn't give me a delete option!!! Does anyone know how I can get this software back off the phone????

In the "Manager" (Application Manager) app, select (highlight) the program you want to uninstall, choose "Options" and then "Remove".
