So, have you closed it or you're walking around with a cracked phone?
Seriously, is it hard to do? The change, I mean?

Back cover is obviously very easy. Front cover has 4 clips one each side at top and bottom, just need to gently pull the casing away from the body in each corner until the clips pop out. The piece over the camera at the back is a little more tricky, it's got two clips, one each side at the bottom, but it's almost impossible to get a grip on them. When I received my replacement cover it came with a special tool for removing this piece, sort of like a thin bent screwdriver that you can insert up the edge of the back plate and 'pop' it out.
Also I have an MP4 video of how to dissasemable the N70 covers, but it's 4.5 MB, if anyone can suggest a host for it, then I'll upload.

changing cover, beware of a clean screen
thank for the tips!
watch the wmv link and you'll do it perfect.
EXTRA information:
1: be careful for the screen, dust easely drops onto it and after closing the cover the screen looks 'dusted'.
clean it with a glasses clean.
2: use NOT the new number board -if it is not nokia- keep your nokia number board. (not nokia ones didn't work as loose as the nokia)
3: take a tape to stick the number board in your new cover (outside o.c.)
(number board inside, tape outside) before putting the cover on.
now it doesn't got a chance to shift. even a few millimeters can cause trouble.
good luck!
