Not possible. Application icons are in AIF files and they are searched first from same directory than the APP itself. So even if you had you own icon in, say c:\system\apps\photoalbum\photoalbum.aif the system still finds z:\system\apps\photoalbum\photoalbum.aif first and uses that.

That means I'll be seeing the same icon over and over and over again :( I just asked it because I thought there's a way or a program to do it.
