cant master reset my QD

The Help would be good i cant load my my QD it keeps reseting itself

Format ur phone. Backup it 1st.
Type *#7370# and follows the instructions.

cant even enter a code all i get is the nokia sign and the W.S.O.D the it resets itself. I enter the code when i first turn it on and it does nothing??????

If goes like that, there's no way. U've to take ur phone to Nokia Service Centre.
